You Don’t Need a Building to Be the Church

Listen to podcast audio:

While modern churches tend to be very dependent on physical buildings, it hasn't always been that way. Much like early Christians, the modern church needs to find new ways to reach people exactly where they are. This week, Times Square Church Pastor Tim Dilena joins Gary Wilkerson to discuss the way that God is bringing the church full circle.

Key Points from the Podcast

  • The shutdowns that churches faced during the pandemic were a dress rehearsal for what is coming and taught us what it means to be the church without a building.

  • Pastor Tim Dilena foresees churches getting shut out of social media, fined, losing their charity status, and eventually doors being chained shut.

  • God often accompanies persecution with miracles, signs, and wonders.

  • The church will need to discern which battles to fight with culture and government.
